Concentrating on trends and novelties, Foire de Paris puts innovation in the spotlight, particularly in the kitchen sector. After rewarding the best household appliances, the Kitchen Stars competition singled out the best solutions offered at the show by kitchen designers.

An unmissable event for all those who have home projects, Foire de Paris has been bringing together the various players in the housing sector for almost 120 years, and offers the best of trends and innovation. Back after a two-year absence due to the pandemic, the event has reopened for a highly anticipated 2022 edition. On the program, many activities to arouse the curiosity of visitors and provide them with all the keys to make their projects a reality.

Among the appointments not to be missed during these twelve days, the Innovation Grand Prizewhich again this year rewarded the best innovations in the field of household appliances, but also the Tailor-made kitchen day. Designed for visitors who have a kitchen project but who are still hesitant to get started, it allows them to stock up on advice to choose the kitchen that will best meet their needs. To help them a little more, kitchen stars distinguish the best solutions presented at the show by exhibitors.

Created in 2019, this award honors novelties and innovations in various categories. For the 2nd edition of the competition, the jury, of which Maison à part once again had the pleasure of being a part, rewarded the following solutions:

  • Categories Concept / Innovation materials : Armony kitchen, for its very elegant metallic lacquered finish;
  • Categories Space saving / Ergonomic tips : Scavollini, for its BoxLife furnishing program, fluid and modular;
  • Categories Design / Multifunctionality / New uses : Scavollini, for its solutions dedicated to new uses designed by designer Vittore Niolu;
  • Categories Eco-responsibility / Environmental approach : Chabert Duval, for its NF labeled ranges and its fully compliant furniture, machined and assembled in its French factories;
  • Categories Staging / Scenography of the stand : Arthur Bonnet, for the audacity of a pink kitchen combined with floral wallpaper;
  • Special Jury Prize – Falling for something : French cuisine, for its commitment to living heritage (100% wood materials) and which continues to evolve, ranging from tailor-made to personalization.
