Switzerland: Better use of the media to communicate on the faith, an exceptional training of the RES on May 24

Communication now occupies a central place in society. In order to equip those in charge of Churches, evangelical works as well as recognized Christian individuals to acquire new skills in this field, the Swiss Evangelical Network (RES) organizes a unique training. See you on May 24, at Y-Parc (Yverdon-les-Bains) from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., after registering on the internet. The impact of Christian media communication

Several lectures will be offered in the morning. For example, Pierre-André Léchot, trainer in communication and mobile journalism, but also pastor at La Rochette (Neuchâtel), addresses the theme of the impact of audiovisual communication and the camera. Shafique Keshavjee, a social theologian, will have previously delved into the subject of the joy and challenges of communicating the Gospel today. It is a matter of “speaking ‘intelligently’ about God”.

Then, in the afternoon, the RES offers five distinct workshops: social media, marketing of faith in the media, optimization of its website and newsletter, management of press releases, but also discovery of the basic rules of production. audiovisual with smartphone (MOJO).
