-130g brown sugar

-1 green citron
-1 vanilla pod
-35cl of coconut milk

1.Mix 4 egg yolks, spices and vanilla. Whisk the egg whites with the brown sugar. Integrate the two doughs together and the flour. Place the whole thing in a cake tin.

2. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

3.In the casserole, boil the coconut milk. Separately, heat the 3 egg yolks and the sugar, the lime zest, then mix with the boiled coconut milk. Let cool.
