In front, there front of a large area, we expect everything except to discover an aroma that delicately caresses the nostrils and invites you to indulge. Yet this is what we find Montmirail when we go to E.Leclerc store. Every first and third Saturday of the month, we find Samantha and Sonia who cook with the sky as their only ceiling.

The start of a new adventure

Nourishing cuisine, it allows a very pleasant moment of gluttony. The menus are changed at each place of these young women from Meilleray, in nearby Seine-et-Marne. “I like to please people and treat them,” says the cook with a big smile. “Friendliness is the key word with me. More than a job, it’s a real passion. »

We thank the management. It’s nice to welcome us in front of their home. »

Present from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., two Saturdays a month, the cooks offer new dishes at each location. Thus, one day you can find chicken à la basquaise and another day a homemade couscous. Next time it will be paella or other delicious dishes.

Happy to please

» I’m happy because our customers can show a passing laziness since the midday meal is already ready. It’s nice to be able to rest on Saturdays and let the others cook. This is what we give to our customers. Adjusting without spending hours in the kitchen is possible. We do it for them. »

Corn the mas, it is much more than that. It is also the organization of buffets and private events such as birthdays, weddings, family banquets or simply an evening with friends.
