Kitchen/Video. Cucumber gazpacho with feta

The recipe we offer you today is very quick to make and can be enjoyed as a starter or even as an aperitif in a small verrine with breadsticks.

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 200g feta
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 2 plain yogurts
  • 2 spring onions
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Espelette pepper
  • Olive oil

Realization :

1. Peel the cucumbers and onions.

2. Coarsely chop the onions and cucumbers into large cubes.

3. Mix the cucumbers and onion with the feta, yoghurt, garlic powder, salt and Espelette pepper. Position the robot on maximum power for at least one minute.

4. Adjust the seasoning and reserve in the refrigerator before serving.
