“Incisive, impactful cuisine”: a culinary competition to showcase the richness of Seine-Saint-Denis

The kitchen, the gastronomy, “this is perhaps not where we normally expect Seine-Saint-Denis, but perhaps wrongly”, slips the president (PS) of the departmental council, Stéphane Troussel. It is up to the candidates of the World Cuisines of the World Championship to cure it! This culinary competition (details and rules here), launched this Saturday at Zone sensible, the urban farm of Saint-Denis, offers all those who live or have a strong attachment to the department the opportunity to prove themselves in two categories: “Recipes from families and “Cooking and creation”. Each time, candidates must present a duo project. They have until July 6 to do so.
