Delicate exotic scents floated in the kitchen on Friday morning for the last session of Cuisine du Monde, the Chemins de Faire workshop. Stefania and Freddy offered the ten registered members an “Ethiopian Tibs”, a meat dish with Berber spices, accompanied by seasonal vegetables: tomatoes, onions, garlic… The team happily pitched in, under the wise advice by Stefania.
Since their establishment, these workshops have met with great success, the discovery of the world through cooking being a factor of conviviality. Especially since they always end with sharing the meal cooked together. Learn while having fun, an appetizing program that will be repeated next season.
