Dourgne. David Gély, ambassador of Tarn cuisine in Paris

The Hostellerie de la Montagne Noire in Dourgne is one of the most gourmet addresses in the Tarn. It was in 1975 that the Gely parents, created the establishment, took over a few years ago by the three children. Here, we glorify regional cuisine by working with products mostly from local suppliers with guaranteed freshness. And a quality guaranteed by the recognized label of “Logis de France” to which the house has adhered for years. Here, happiness is on the plate. And this year David Gély, with the Logis, was present at the agricultural show in Paris from February 26 to March 6 at the BistroTarn.

Highlight the products

Showcase of the department for fifteen years, the BistroTarn is the unmissable meeting place for lovers of the Tarn at the Salon de l’Agriculture. Stand of 60 m2, we find there what is done best in our department in terms of gastronomy. Consecration for David Gély, who with other chefs, went out of their way to showcase the department’s products. Grilled lamb, garlic soup, veal from Ségala, cold meats, cheeses… all washed down (in moderation) with Gaillac wines, nothing was missing to delight the taste buds. Visitors and gourmets have literally invaded the BistroTarn.
