The docuseries Conn: The Great Swindle lands on Apple TV+ today, and as so often, Apple TV+ had a hollow nose picking up this four-part documentary about one of the most incredible scams of the past 50 years. The synopsis sets the tone: “Eric C Conn was a big-picture attorney in Eastern Kentucky…until two whistleblowers realized he was at the center of a government fraud of more than half a billion dollars, one of the largest in US history. And that was just the tip of the iceberg”.
Conn: The Grand Swindle was created by James Lee Hernandez and Brian Lazarte, and produced by FunMeter, with James Lee Hernandez, Brian Lazarte and Peter King serving as executive producers, and Matt Kaye and Shannon Pence serving as co-executive producers. The 4 episodes of the docu-series are available immediately on Apple TV+.
