The leader of Glion opens courses for the general public.
Ever wanted to cook like a chef? Stéphane Décotterd and his team at Restaurant Maison Décotterd (18/20 Gault&Millau) de Glion opens its kitchen to amateurs and enthusiasts from May 28.
They teach small groups of 8 to 10 people the culinary arts, pastry and mixology (cocktails and mocktails). The opportunity to learn techniques and tips from professionals.
Stéphane Décotterd will be in the kitchen for the cooking classes. Its pastry chef Christophe Loeffel, pastry chef of the year 2021 at Gault & Millau, and Yoann Lazaret, head bartender, will supervise the other two courses.
Each session, which can be privatized from 8 people, will be followed by an aperitif in the lounge bar. Participants will leave with a recipe book and a branded apron.
