Directed by Jean-Philippe Soricotti, with about fifteen agents (including the administrative aspect and the delivery of meals), the central kitchen provides the municipal catering service. An average of 650 meals are produced each day (i.e. 120,000 per year), mainly for the five school groups in the commune: Victor-Hugo, Pasteur, Rimbaud, Eluard and Jeanne-d’Arc, as well as for the Nelumbo and the sports department, during school holidays.
