A final dietetic cooking class by the Jardiniers des 2 Baies – Audierne



On Saturday June 25, Noëlle and Marijo, loyal hosts of the Les Jardiniers des 2 Baies cooking workshops, gave the last lesson of the season in the multipurpose room at Esquibien in front of around fifty people.

As summer approached, this last course was mainly dietetic. Monique Hélou, dietician, commented on the recipes, answered questions and gave advice throughout the course.

The tasting of the quiche without dough (ham, goat cheese, broccoli), filet mignon with poppy seeds accompanied by Swedish potatoes, peach compote, chocolate ladyfingers, all drizzled with homemade lemonade, convinced and rallied the most recalcitrant to a lighter cuisine for the summer.
