A burned house in Lorraine: three teenagers aged 13 and 14 arrested

An unoccupied house Jarny (Meurthe-et-Moselle) was set on fire in the afternoon of Wednesday April 27, 2022. Three teenagers are believed to be at the origin of the disaster.

The garage hit by the flames

The incident took place around 3 p.m. According to a police source, the flames ravaged part of the garage of the inhabited house.

On site, the firefighters managed to contain the fire before it spread to the rest of the house.

Three teenagers aged 13 and 14 arrested

Following the fire, the local security group arrested three suspects near the scene. These are teenagers 13 and 14 years old.

Known to the police and from Jarny, they were placed in police custody. After acknowledging the facts while minimizing them, they were presented to the children’s court.

The miners were placed under judicial review waiting for their audience.
